santa fe trip continued...

we arrived at ski santa fe the day after opening day. only two lifts and a handful of runs where open, but we still had fun.

on the road to tesuque village market for lunch. our trip was very much about feasting!

a few dos & don'ts when visiting the albuquerque/santa fe area.

1. do have breakfast at pasquals and shop at doodlets across the street 2./5. do shop the vintage/antique shops down central ave. in albuquerque. don't shop the albuquerque flea market 3. do check out todos santos chocolate shop. don't ask to take pictures ;) 4. do enjoy the scenic drives

santa fe signs.

tim, rach, and i just got back from a weekend in the very inspiring city of santa fe, new mexico. this town is full of the best signage i've ever seen. some were perfectly vintage and some where just creative as heck! i'll be gathering more images to post from the adventure, so check back for scenic shots and images of vintage finds i'll be adding to the shop.

tim's planning us a little weekend getaway to santa fe this december. with the snow, smells of burning wood, and lights, i can't think of a more idyllic destination during the christmas season. while i spent much of my childhood visiting santa fe, tim has never been, so i'm really excited about him experiencing it for the first time. we are taking rach along too and this is where we are staying! tim sent me a link to several different studio options and as soon as i came to this one, i knew it was perfect! its such a rare treat because usually the accommodations in our budget aren't decorated in my taste. booked here.
